Hi,

Is it possible to create a distribution list in Outlook 2003 which uses for
it's source a public folder calendar? And a way for this distrubtion list to
auto-update so that it picks up any newly added/removed contacts from the
Contacts folder?

If this is a public contacts folder, not a calendar folder as your post
states, you can use it to send bulk messages, preferably with the Tools |
Mail Merge command.

You can make a DL in the public folder, but don't count on it auto-updating.
Either use categories as a dynamic dl (group by category, select the
category, then actions, new message to) or mail merge.

That's what I was looking for, thanks.
