put a email addres to a Public Folder distribution list

how can i give a distribution list in a public folder
a smtp address.

We have several distribution lists in our public folder.
There are many Contacts in it.

The only way i know ist to make a AD- distribution list,
create many contacts, and put them into the (AD-) distribution list

Yes, that would be the only way to give the Distribution List
(DL) its own SMTP.

The public folder (PF) can have its own SMTP, however the
individual entries, like the DL, do not have an SMTP.
