outlook 2003 closes immediately after opening

The Setup if the following:
Windows XP SP2
Office 2003 SBE SP2
Connecting to SBS 2003 / Exchange 2003 SP1
Mail is stored in Exchange not PST
Profile only contains Microsoft exchange

Ok when opening Outlook it pops up I see the folder list then Outlook
closes. Oddly there is an outlook systray icon next to the clock that goes
away when the mouse goes over it.

So far I have tried the following, with zero success:

1) Run Office update from microsoft.com/office
2) Delete and recreate the outlook profile
3) Uninstall and reinstall Office 2003 SBE w/ all patches
4) Launch Outlook in /safe mode
5) Delete .ost files
6) Run Filemon to see if there were any file access denies. There were none
7) Launch Outlook with /cleanprofile switch
8) Launch Outlook with /nopollmail
9) Launch Outlook with /noextensions
10) Launch Outlook with /safe:3 & /safe:4

I am not sure if applies but... The filemon also shows Outlook.exe queries
multiple versions of IDAPI32.DLL. One of these is in the ADP payroll
software directory, which also was installed before the error occurred. I
know the easy "fix" is to uninstall the new ADP software. This is not an
option. I have 5 other identical PCs managed by SBS and WSUS and they do not
have an issue.

Are there any clues what could be going on? Is there and debugging modes
that can cause a error log out put so maybe I can see what is going on?

Thank You,

Keith Templin
