Outlook 2007 opens and then closes immediately at start window

Installed Office 2007 on new computer. All office programs function fine
except Outlook 2007. When I open Outlook, it appears that it is going to
open, but when the outlook window appears it immediately closes the program.
It will give the message that outlook failed to open, do you want to open in
safe mode, however, this doesn't work either. The program closes and simply
will not open. I have re-installed and still have the same problem. Can
someone help please????

Can not opewn outlook to get to the tool bar section. How am I suppose to do

If Outlook doesn't start in Outlook Safe Mode then it is very likely not an
issue which is caused by an addin as Safe Mode loads Outlook without any
addins. Try the other suggestions and post your results.
