OUTLOOK 2003 CAN NOT SEND POP3/SMTP MAIL OVER WIRELESS CONNECTION

I HAVE OUTLOOK 2003
MY ISP IS NETZERO PLATINUM
WITH LANDLINE (DIALUP) I CAN SEND AND RECEIVE POP3/SMTP IN OUTLOOK 2003

WITH WIRELESS CONNECTION OUTLOOK 2003 WILL RECEIVE EMAIL -
BUT NOT SEND IT

"TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS" RETURNS THE ERROR MESSAGE:
"UNABLE TO SEND TEST MESSAGE. PLEASE VERIFY THE EMAIL ADDRESS FIELD."

THIS HOLDS TRUE FOR ANY NUMBER OF WIRELESS CONNECTIONS.

ALSO
I HAVE TRIED EVERY POP3/SMTP VARIATION POSSIBLE IN THE ACCOUNT SETTINGS

NOTE: I CAN SEND MESSAGES BY WIRELESS CONNECTION USING NETZERO'SEMAIL PAGE.

Most like it's because you're not on NetZero's network while you're using
your wireless connection. You may have to change your SMTP server while
you're connected to wireless (probably to your broadband provider's SMTP
server)
