can not receive e-mail

use Outlook 2002 with a wireless network connection.

I can send e-mails biut not receive them. The error message is 0x800CCC0F.

I have checked my POP3 and SMTP setting and they where all correct.
I disabled the firewall and e-mail checker and the error still occurs.

Any suggestions.
