Outlook 2002

Hi,
I have two machines with Outlook 2002(XP) runnning on
Windows XP, I have a problem in these two Outlook 2002
refreshing automatically when you receive new mail or
moved a mail from one folder to another.
I don't see new mails in the inbox automatically,
everytime I would click on send or receive e-mails or
click on inbox to get refresh.and sometimes gets refresh
automatically but its very slow.
I don not have this problem in Outlook 2000, it
automatically refresh everytime and also I can see new
mails in the inbox without click refresh button.
Both outlooks ( Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2002-xp) are
connected to exchange server 2000.
Do you have any solution for this problem, do we need
change any refresh time or anything in outlook setup and
where to change? and do I need to update to latest service
pack for outlook 2002?

Thanks,
Jay

Do you have your "Send/Receive" setup? OL2002 by default
doesn't automatically send/receive. Go to
Tools>Options>MailSetup Tab> Send/Receive button.
