Outlook 2000 Sync desktop <----> Laptop

I am sure this question has been asked a hundred time in this NG,
however I haven’t been able to solve my problem yet. I am looking for a
freeware piece of software which enables me to synchronise my desktop
and laptop using my homenet work. Anybody a suggestion what to use?

Not sure if there are any free tools specifically for Outlook
synchronization. You might want to look for folder sync tools. I've found a
few free ones.
