How to sync Microsoft Outlook with malti computers.?

I have a situation where I need to sync a desktop and notebook with
outlook express. Can anyone offer a solution to my issue.

I will be running Windows 7 home premium with outlook express 2013
and Windows 8 with the same version of outlook. I want to be able
to sync between a laptop and a desktop, I'm not always in the office. But when I am in the office and I reply to an email from my desktop computer, I want the same replied message to show up on my laptop outlook software... I don't want to use any 3rd party software (ie: Cloud, nor buy a software), Can you please send me helpful and how to do it? Thanks
