Outlook 2000 Shortcut Bar > Outlook 2003

Looking for a solution to the following problem.

Out company which currently uses Outlook 2000, uses the shortcut bar
extensively for adding shortcuts to Public Folders. We have over 10,000
public folders and each user access anywhere from 25-300 of them, so the
shortcut bar (outlook bar) is basically a requirement for our organization.

Upgrading a few users as a test, we determined that the shortcuts were not
being imported (migrated) when we upgraded to Office 2003. The information
is no where to be found under Outlook 2003.

The workstations run Windows XP (SP2), roaming profiles with My documents
being redirected to a network share. Exchange 2000 servers w/ a mix server
environment.

This is regarding the shortcut bar in Outlook and not the Office shortcut
bar that is used for applications.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are they on the Shortcut Navigation pane?

BTW - if the public folder is in public folder favorites, you can ad them to
the Favorites Folder list. I wouldn't add all 30 or 200... but the most used
ones work well on it.

None of the shortcuts were imported. I have reviewed all of the panes
including the shortcut navigation pane. Most of the users created new groups
on the Outlook bar where each of their shortcuts was located.

I prefer not to have to recreate each any every one of these as favorites,
as that would be a major time consuming project. Thanks,
