Outlook shortcut bar favourites problem

Using Exchange 2000 and outlook 2000. When we give people new PC's they
loose the shortcuts on the outlook shortcut bar(grey bar on left side of
screen) that they have created on the last PC when using MS Outlook. Is
there a way to take these shortcuts from one PC to the next.
