Outlook 2000 Personal Folder

This is Outlook 2000-When trying to move files from inbox
to personal folders user gets an error and the action
does not complete. all setting appear to be correct and
there is also no visible security issue.
error messages: item could not be moved. it has either
already been moved or access has been denied.

how big is the destination file/folder? the reason that i ask is that a
personal folder file does have limitations.

2GB max file size (don't go past 1.81 in windows explorer)
16,000 items per folder
16,000 folders per folder

if large table support is enabled

65,000 items per folder
65,000 folders per folder

to enable large table support, right click on personal folders and select
properties. select advanced and then check the appropriate box.
