Unable to Move mails from Exchange server inbox to Personal folder

Version -outlook 2000

problem: I cannot move bulk mails from Inbox of mail server to Inbox of
locla PST file. "unable to move the selected items either the items are
already moved or access is denied" this is the error.If I select single mail
to move to the personal folders inbox its Ok.The problem is when is select
multiple mails

Any suggestions?
