Outlook 2000 Error Message

When I attempt to open my inbox I get the following error
message.
Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not
be opened. The Exchange Server has detected that you are
using an old copy of your OST file. Please delete your
OST file and create a new one from the server.

Do a search on your C:\ drive for *.ost, rename
outlook.ost to outlook.001. When you open Outlook, a new
*.ost file will be created.
