Outlook 07 No Longer Creating Hyperlinks in Outgoing Messages

I am no longer able to create hyperlinks in my outgoing messages. I have
tried using Rich Text, and HTML for the my messages, but the links still
arent clickable. Is there a way to reset this?

No they don't turn blue. I haven't been centering the link, just typing it
and hitting return, or adding a space which previously worked.
