outgoing e-mail message

Cannot get rid of message window that says it rejected an outgoing message to
a certain address. How can I keep this from opening every time I send any
e-mail? I have deleted the e-mail addressee and the original message.

Right-click on that error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

Did you look in the Outbox folder to make sure it is empty?
