Out of office on multiple mailboxes under one profile

I manage multiple group mailboxes under my profile. I need to put two of the
four group mailboxes on out of office reply, with effecting the other two.Can
this be done and how?

Under a single profile, no.

But, create a profile to go directly into the other mailboxes and configure
the OOF, sure.

Or just use OWA and connect directly to the other mailboxes and configure
it there.
