Outlook 2007 Search Folders for Shared Mailboxes

I previously used Outlook 2003 with multiple mailboxes (hosted on Exchange).
The additional mailboxes in my profile are shared amongst my team members.

I created Search Folders and used them extensively in Outlook 2003. After
upgrading to Outlook 2007 I don't see those Search Folders any more. They are
present on machines running 2003 but not 2007.

How can I restore functionality of Search Folders in Shared mailboxes in
Outlook 2007?

Any assistance is most appreciated.

Are you using cached mode? If so try turning off the cache - can you see
them?
if you create them in outlook 2007, can you see them in 2003?
