MULTIPLE MAILBOXES / ONE ACCOUNT?

Hi, I've got a question regarding outlook.

I'm checking multiple mailboxes (my personal and info company address). How
do I alter the reply to address when I check the general company info
address? (I don't want to be using my own email address.)

By default Outlook will reply with the address that you have received the
message with. To overrule this, you can use the Accounts button near the
Send button while composing your reply.

Further details depend completely on your version of Outlook and the mail
account type that you use.
