Rob,
Sorry no, and no refunds, but you also have to be a member of the organization ($100.00 to $250
membership fee) to post an ad.

Thomas,
I'm coming in late on this one. Can I actually test something on the offending page? (without
paying?
Rob
| Wally and everyone else, I can fix the photo so that it display on the web correctly, seen by the
| last example on the page, however that is not the solutions to this issue.
|
| The issue is that I have a client's site where users can post Ads to sell their creations. With
| their Ads they can upload a photo after they have paid the fee. This is a completely automated
| process. I do not want to have to got in and correct photos that don't display. The bottom-line is
| that user has paid their money, and their photo doesn't appear, it is not a server issue,
connection
| issue or anyway related to how the image is being uploaded, it is how the image was originally
saved
| from PhotoShop.
|
| I do not own PhotoShop or any of it's offsprings.
|
| However, I do need to write instructions that tell these users what settings NOT to use when
saving
| their photos before uploading them. It is my understanding that most of these users are not web
| smart, but do use PhotoShop either on the PC or MAC.
