OPXPApp.exe failed

hi,
every time I start or shut down my computer I am getting
an error message that says:

' OPXPApp.exe - Application Error '
The application failed to initialize properly
(0xc0000142). Click on Ok to terminate the application.

As soon as I hit the OK button everything seems to work
fine. so what can I do. Please help. I already repaired
the current installation but this didn't fix the problem.

Uninstall your Softex\OmniPass program, then reinstall it.

hi,

the only thing i can think of would be if you put
ashortcut to your 'My Computer' Icon in your toolbar.

to do this try to find the icon on your desktop (if you
don't find it go to the start menu and right click on
the 'My Computer' Icon, then click 'show on desktop).
when you have found the icon on your desktop just drag
and drop it into the area right next to the start button.
