"openme.exe" message on starting xp

I get a message when starting xp that says' windows is searching for 'openme.exe'. This message is not interfering with anything but it is annoying and I would like it to go away. I suspect that it must be related to the openme.exe virus that was on the net a long time ago. There must still be an entry somewhere in my windows registry that tells xp to go looking for this program when it it is no longer in my computer. How do I get rid of this?
