Opening IE with Multiple Windows

When I click on text within a window, it opens a second IE window which I can
set to full screen by dragging the lower right corner and closing the screen.
This permanently sets that screen size for future. If I try to repeat the
process from within the second IE screen, I get a small window that opens in
the upper left. No matter how many times I re-size it to fill the screen, it
always opens in the smaller size. How can I re-size permanently?

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:

Open IE... Open right click on a link and open the new instance of IE...
Close the first IE... DRAG (not hit the maximize button) the edges of the
second instance of IE that you opened to the size you want... Press CTRL and
hold it, click on the "X" in the upper right. Should do the trick for you.
