Open Up Hotmail With E-Mail Link

When I click on an e-mail link on a web page it opens up my outlook express
e-mail account. Could someone tell me how I can change this so my hotmail
account will open up instead? My Windows XP Home Edition came pre-installed
with my pc and I was told that my retailer will have set this up this way.

The links on the webpage to send emails open the default mail client (in this
case your outlook express). You need to set your outlook express to use the
hotmail account. To do this mke sure you added the hotmail account to the
Outlook Express and configured the pop3

OP wants URL:MailTo to open a new message at www.hotmail.com, not in OE,
