Open New Window: Javascript and _blank target not working

Hi,

I am using IE6 and am experiencing problems with
javascript pop-up windows and also windows opened by the
target '_blank' command. In fact any new window that a
hyperlink tries to open does not load the HTML content
properly. (i.e. the window launches as requested but does
not load content)

Up to about 10 days ago it was working fine but now
nothing.

I have tried reinstalling IE6 to no avail which would
suggest that maybe one of the drivers has a problem. But
how and what do I need to fix.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
