Open Access

We use remote access at several sites. Most are UVNC some are PCA but
the ideal configuration is to use XP Remote Assistance but the tricky
thing is as we set up these PC to send to customer we would like to
avoid having customer invite. RDP is great but customer doesn't see
our activity which we need. I realize that we could use a combination
of the 2 but prefer open access under remote assistant. Any way this
can happen.
Note:
We currently have open access through username and PW with UVNC or PCA
but the cleanest resolution is RDP or Remote Assistant.
TIA

You might look at the Remote Assistance "offer" functionality if your in a
domain or trusted domain environment. If you go to "Start -> Help and
Support" and search on the string 'offer remote assistance' there are
knowledge base article that describe this. You should be able to use that
through a VPN also.
