When trying to host a server on an online game(Vietcong)
no outside user can access it. After reading forums posts
for the game I am told I have to open port numbers 5425
and 15425 but dont know what this means. My firewall
might be stoping access to. Can you help, what do I do?

Hi Steveyrc,

If you're sharing your internet connection on a home
network, then you most likely are doing so with a
router. Routers have NAT firewalls which block ports.

You can open and forward the ports using the instructions
provided in your routers manual, or by calling their toll
free number. Hope this helps, and good luck! :)
