One User on Multiple PC's

I am trying to setup one user to be able to use multiple
PC's on our Network. I want them to be able to log off of
their normal pc, goto another pc in the building and when
they log on at a different PC they have access to all of
their files, e-mails etc. Currenlty, we are using windows
server 2003 and the pc's are using XP Pro.

The admin likely has to give the user access rights to his folder stored on
the server. For specific information and steps, please go to the following
