OLE error message

I re installed my Outlook to try to see if Outlook would
have a program that would allow me to import data from
Excel. This of Office 2000

I now cannot get into Outlook. It give the following:
An OLE registration eror occurred. The program is not
correctly installed. Run set up again for the program.
Ihave rerun set up, installatio of Office, of Outlook and
the repair programs. When the error message occurs it
says to click OK and then it closes. If I close it by the
corner X it still closes the program and I can't get in.

Would appreciate help.
