OL2003, IMAP questions - automatically remove deleted messages

Is it possible to get Outlook 2003 with an IMAP account to automatically
purge deleted messages in the Inbox and other mail folders?

Its rather annoying after a while to always click Edit | Purge Deleted
Messages to remove those messages. I noticed in the Inbox that when
messages filter to other mail folders that these messages are marked for
deletion in the Inbox. Thus I have to click Edit | Purge Deleted Messages
to remove those filtered messages.

Dont think that you can or at least I haven't found it yet, one workaround
is to filter the view to hide deleted messages, you can also drag the Purge
button to a toolbar to reduce number of clicks.
