OL 2003 SP2 upgrade

Maybe one at a time will work.

Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6408) SP 1. XP Home

Checked for updates and found SP2 was available. Tried to install but got
the message "sku112.cab" was not found. Put my MS/Office Small Business CD
as requested but the install still fails.

Then went back to the download page and downloaded and tried to install the
full down load. Same result; "sku112.cab" not found.

How can I install SP2 for Outlook update or where do I find sku112.cab?

Hi Greg,

The most common reasons for receiving the message you reported include the following:

1. You logged on by using a user account that has never run an Office 2003 program.
2. Source files in the <drive> :\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9 folder are missing
3. The <drive> :\MSOCache folder has been deleted.
