Export contacts as csv

Hi, I can't seem to export contacts from Outlook in csv.
I am running a Vaio TX series (XP Professional SP2).
Office 2003 Small Business Edition came preinstalled on the hard drive and
no disks were provided additionally.

Sony Tech were not helpful and referred this case to you.

If office came pre-installed you should do a search for the file that it is
requesting. Normally you should find a copy of the pre-installed CD in the
HD, maybe on a separate partition, or you should have been fournished with a
copy... check with the vendor again and ask them if it is hidden in the
HD,or demand that they fournish you with a copy of the software you paid
for.
