Windows XP Offline work

I am trying to use my computer with Windows XP offline...for
karaoke music. While playing a box pops up asking if I want to
work offline. How do I get rid of this box permanently?

Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab.

Either delete the connection that is present if you never plan on making a connection with it or else simply select the radial button beside "Never dial a connection"
