Offline Browsing...?

Hi,

I have winxp sp2. I want to be able to read my already visited web sites
offline with a offline browser. Although IE supports it but it quickly
forgets them and its cache expires very quickly leaving me again visiting
those sites, but I want a browser which does not forget my visited sites,
and they always remain in browser cache so that I may be able to browse
those already visited pages offline in their entirety no matter I may visit
one, two or full site?

1. Never revisit a webpage until you want to update it.

2. IE File > Work offline.
