Can anyone please tell me how I can enable the pst file to be included in the
Offline Folders process?
It works fine on our W2K machines, but on XP SP2 it just pops up the
messages "...Files of this type cannot be made available offline", I looked
at the following MS article which only mentions turning the message off, what
I want is for those file types to be included.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;811660&Product=WinXP
Which has this to say (about 1/3 down the artical)
"The Offline Files feature does not permit you to cache certain file types.
This restriction prevents corruption of file sets and avoids conflicts with
competing synchronization technologies. When you try to cache one of these
file types, you may receive the following error message for each file:"
I've looked to see whether there are any GP doing this but the W2K & XP
machines are in the same containers and W2K works.
Any one have any ideas?
Thank you
