Office97 (Access) and XP - won't allow me to use

I bought a HP with XP home edition for my small business
(all other machines are W98). When I load Office 97
(Access, Excel, Word) it completes successfully, allows me
to use Excel and Word nut says I do not have a license for
this machine when I try to use Access.

How do I get around this so I can use Office97 on the XP
(I do not want to get the latest version of Access as it
will force some file conversions and not allow me to use
the same files on my W98/Office97 machines)?
