Office XP Menu Bar

I currently have Office 2K Pro and use the office menu bar extensively. I am
upgrading to Office 2003 Pro on my new laptop and know that Office 2003 does
not have the office menu bar.

I understand that the Office XP doe have the office menu bar and that it can
be used with the Office 2003 Pro Suite.

Is it available somewhere for download? (Legally)

Since I've bought the Office 2003 Pro, I certainly don't need to buy an
older version [Office XP] as well.

Will the O2K version of the menu bar work in the Office 2003 Pro Suite? If
so, what problems will I face using it?

Failing that, what other options will give the same type of menu bar? Any
free or paid for programs?

I've googled and yahooed and still haven't come up with any like programs -
probably just haven't asked the right question.

I really like and use the menu bar extensively right now and want to
continue in a like manner, so, I could use some help/comments.

Wait a second here!!!! Ok You HAVE Office 2000, AND you bought Office
2003. Fine, Why are you asking about Office XP?!?!?! Forget Office XP,
unless you absolutely MUST have the Shortcut bar from XP. If you just
want a Shortcut bar you can use the "Toolbars" supplied with the
operating system or you can install the one from Office 2000. As for
problems, well all the little issues related to the "Shortcut Bar" are
still there, they weren't fixed, won't be fixed, the solution was to
dump the application.
