OE address book to Outlook 7

need help transferring OE address book from desktop to Outlook 7 on laptop.
Addresses are in WAP format in folder in Office 7 but can't get into address
book.
Same applies with Favourites from IE8 on desktop to laptop Office 7.

WAP format?
You must migrate your data to OE first. Then you can import from OE into
Outlook using Outlook's Import Wizard:
File > Import and Export> Internet Mail and Addresses.
