OE 6 address book

I'm trying to add a new folder in shared contacts. When I type the name I
want for the folder it says "entry with this name already exists." But I
don't see any entries with that name. Is it hidden?

2 user accounts on this computer each w/their own address book, but the
'account name' does not appear in either one.
