ODBC Connection

Hey there,

I'm sorry to bother you all with this simple question, but it's driving me
crazy and I'm not sure how to solve it.

I am trying to link to an external table via ODBC connection. I have my
connection set up, tested and it does work, however, when I try to link to my
table through access, nothing happens....literally.

I click on link tables, then select a file type of ODBC database and nothing
happens. When I'm at work, the ODBC data source administrator window pops
up, then I pick my connection and my table, but at home, nothing happens.

Does anyone know what may be happening here or what I need to do to get this
working?

I have Access 2003 completely loaded and am working on Windows XP Pro.

Thanks in advance!!

Antirus: For Norton Antivirus 2006, deactivate the Office Plug-In, for NAV
2007, deactivate the Office File Protection (or something like that); for
other antiviruses, I don't know. You can reenable them after you have done
creating your ODBC links.
