NT 4.0 -> W2K

Folks,
I'm about to migrate my existing NT 4.0 domain
(MYDOMAIN) over to an existing W2K AD domain
(THEIRDOMAIN.COM). Can you folks point me to some web
resources that discuss this type of migration. MYDOMAIN
will NOT be a tree in their forest, I'm to become an OU in
THEIRDOMAIN.COM. What tools/utilities/references are out
there that discuss this type of migration, if any? Any
and all help is greatly appreciated.

later,
Bill
