Migrating users, computers and local profiles W2K mixed-mode AD

Hi all!

I have one W2K DC/DNS/GC and one W2K member Server
and one NT 4.0 BDC Server so my AD is stick to mixed-mode.
I have 20 W2K Professional clients
in my recent domain. Now I want to migrate users, computers and
users local profiles in to a new domain/new forest.

What are my implications/choises, can I use ADMT v.2 or movetree
to make it easier to migrate users, computers and local profiles ?

Is it still possible to switch to native-mode even if I have one NT 4.0 BDC
lying in my AD/domain ??

Many thanks in advance !

You can use ADMTv2 to migrate users and computers; I don't think it moves profiles though (I could be wrong). I'm not really familiar with movetree, but believe you can use this for users, groups, computers, etc. but again I doubt actual profiles (as they're not objects in the directory).

Yes, but the BDC will no longer replicate.
