Migrating Users in Mixed Mode

I have a new active directory, and need to copy my NT
domain users to the new ad. The ADMT tool migrates them,
but will only migrate in Native Mode. I am in Mixed
Mode. What do I need to do?

Hi Steve-

Your Target domain MUST be in Native mode. No workaround to this. There
would be no point in migrating to a new domain because if you want to run in
Mixed Mode you might as well just do an "in-place upgrade" of your existing
NT4 domain.
