nslookup error

When I attempt to do a nslookup at the command prompt I
get this error:

C:\>nslookup
*** Can't find server name for address 10.x.x.x: Non-
existent domain
*** Can't find server name for address 10.x.x.x: Non-
existent domain
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: UnKnown
Address: 10.x.x.x

Is there something I can do to resolve this?

Thank you.

Two things:
Create a reverse lookup zone and/or stop using nslookup.

Third option:

Ignore the error. It doesn't indicate any actual problem.
