When I type command nslookup in command prompt, It's shows
following.

C:\>nslookup
*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.0.100: Non-
existent domain
*** Default servers are not available
Default Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.0.100

Why is shows Default Server unknown.

My DNS configuration is created during AD installation
with defults.

Create a reverse zone for 192.168.0 and make sure there's a PTR entry for
192.168.0.100.

When nslookup starts it tries to find a PTR record for the default DNS being
used. If it can't find it then it'll report an error but you can safely
ignore it. I do. Or if you like you can add the reverse zone and the PTR
record for the server and the message will go away.

Create a reverse zone for 192.168.0 and make sure there's a PTR entry for

It doesn't matter for nslookup whether the reverse lookup zone in AD
integrated or Standard. Just as long as it is there and there is a PTR
record for your DNS server.
