Notification to my email address

I have set up my profile to receive notifications via email. I believe that
it is set up properly and I performed the verification steps and received
positive response. Still I am not getting any notifications.

What can I do to start getting notifications? Who can I contact?

Nope, not just you. As FSt1 said, seems to have stopped working MONTHS ago
and no relief in site. Makes both giving and getting help tough because you
have to backtrack to every post to see if an answer has been provided or if
more information is needed/has been given.
