That's cuz there isn't one (yet).

Then why did you write this?:

"Mozilla just released security and stability updates to versions of
Firefox. Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2 and 1.5.0.10 have been released [1]."

Because Mozilla just released security and stability updates to versions
of Firefox. Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2 and 1.5.0.10 have been released.

No Thunderbird. Just Firefox.

Scott,

Double NOTICE for Vista users.

Do NOT *ever* install Firefox and Vista will never experience conflicts.

The best method for preventing user induced troubles and conflicts while
using Windows Vista; keep that in-secure nightly-build crap as Firefox far
away from Vista.

What you have factually accomplished; corrupted and polluted our worlds
most
state-of-the-art OS, Vista.

Question for you; would you install Yugo parts inside a new Rolls Royce
and
then complain how the new Rolls Royce no longer properly functions?

Geez, you just got promoted to Captain Boot Licker.
Do you get this worked up over a pair of vise grips?

Speaking of grip, GET one.
It's an OS, it's just a tool, that's all.

I don't know what scarier, your goose stepping DEVOTION to a piece of
software, or the idea that you might actually be having kids.

Windows Vista
Become Part of The Legacy!

I really like your tag...

Legacy:
A legacy system is an antiquated computer system or application program
which continues to be used because the user (typically an organization) does
not want to replace or redesign it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legacy

So, in essence you're saying:

"Windows Vista!! Become Part of the Old Crap!"

freakin priceless

As I said the Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2 update had downloaded and after
restart it worked just fine for me without any problems. So YES it says
version 2.0.0.2 under Help then About Mozilla Firefox, and again as I said
it downloaded just fine for me without any problems.

If you've got Firefox set to check for and install updates
automatically, you'll find it won't work properly due to a Vista-related
bug. It checks, downloads the update and notifies you to install, but
the installation will fail without notice [2].

The Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.2 update just downloaded and after restate it
worked just fine for me without any problems.

That it would, but did you happen to look at "About" under the help menu
to see what it says?

Does it tell you it's "2.0.0.2" (assuming you were using 2.0.x
previously). Mine still said 2.0.0.1 (till I fixed it, that is).

I'd read about this bug before which is why I checked after the update.
And as expected, the update failed (but you wouldn't know that - not right
away anyway).

Thanks for the information regarding the updates -- didn't realize they
were out.

They typically send them out over the course of a few days to anyone who
has the "check for updates" feature enabled.

I did, and they hadn't -- no big deal though. Thanks again.
