Click-Once, FireFox, and Windows 7?

Mozilla just remote disabled Click-Once deployment without asking the
users and even on machines that had no vulnerability. Now my FireFox
users can't launch my Click-Once deployed apps.

Here are the details:
http://csharpner.blogspot.com/2009/10/firefox-has-determined-that-following.html

It's sparked a HUGE discussion on their bug list:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=522777

In that thread, it was revealed that Microsoft plans to stop providing
Click-Once support to FireFox on Windows 7. I tested a clean install
of W7 Ultimate 32bit and installed FireFox and have confirmed that the
add-on is not present.

My question is: What are Microsoft's plans regarding Click-Once
support in FireFox on Windows 7? Is there an add-on that we can
direct our users to manually install?

Thanks

Mozilla finally came around and unblocked it, but my question about
Windows 7 support for Click-Once in FireFox still remains...

Does anyone know what Microsoft's plans are regarding the combination
of Click-Once, FireFox, and Windows 7?

There are too many .NET users using FF. So as far as I am concerned, it's
business as usual. .NET and FF have nothing to do with Windows 7.
