not getting undelivered message back

I have sent an email with a wrong email address on purpose but I am not
getting an undelivered message back. is this an Outlook settiing or ISP or
hosting issue.

I use SBC for my dsl but i am using godaddy for my email hosting.

Non-delivery reports are the responsibility of the mail router, not the mail
client. You can't control it.
