The senders are seeing the NDR (non-delivery report), not you. It
tells the senders that your mailbox is full and won't accept further
e-mails. So stop storing all those e-mails in your mailbox. Use the
webmail interface to your e-mail account and start doing cleanup. If
you have been using a local e-mail client with a POP account, the
Inbox should be empty but the other server-side folders still count
against the disk quota for your account. Some e-mail providers do not
count items under the Deleted and Junk/Bulk/Spam folder but some do.
You'll need to do some server-side cleanup.

I don't think you understand that it is your mailbox at your ISP that is
full. It has nothing to do with your Outlook. You need to uncheck "Leave a
copy on server" in your email accts. or at least set up "delete after 5
days." Use Web Access and your browser and clean out your mailbox on your
provider's servers.

I am no computer whiz, but I think I have pretty much deleted everything in
Outlook and AOL mail (old, deleted, sent, saved on pc, saved on aol). I am
still getting the failure notice. ideas?

Are YOU are getting the NDR (non-delivery) report? Or your recipients
are somehow relaying to you (maybe by phone) that they cannot send you
their e-mails (because THEY get the NDR)? Do you get the NDR, or do
other users (senders sending to you) an NDR (and telling you about
it)?

If you are getting the NDR, it is because you are sending to some
recipient's account that is full. Since it is not your account, you
can't do anything to clean up their mailbox. You will have to contact
using some other communications venue, like telephone, to let them
know they have consumed their e-mail account's disk quota.

What is "AOL Mail"? The webmail interface to your AOL e-mail account?

Pretty hard to provide focused help regarding a vaguely described NDR
(actually a never described NDR). If you want help, provide the
content of the NDR e-mail that you receive. Don't describe it. Don't
summarize it. Don't show just the body of the message. Copy-n-paste
it here or transribe it verbatim, including the headers (although you
should munge out your username or e-mail address).

I am not getting the error message, people sending me email are. I have an
aol email account and outlook email synced. It only happens to the outlook
acct. Below is a copy of the error message:

That error clearly shows that your mailbox on the server receiving the
messages is full. You must empty something out of that mailbox. It isn't
anything on your PC producing the problem.
